REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Follow these simple steps for perfectly roasted chicken or turkey:
1. Preheat your oven to 165 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit) and allow the poultry to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes to ensure even cooking.
2. Place the bird breast side down on a roasting tray fitted with a rack. Pour 1 cup of water into the tray to create a moist cooking environment.
3. Cover the poultry with foil to lock in moisture and flavor, then carefully transfer it to the preheated oven.
4. Roast the chicken for 20-30 minutes or the turkey for 30-40 minutes, depending on the size, until the internal temperature reaches the desired level of doneness.
