  1. Islandwide Delivery: You bet! We've got islandwide delivery covered for you! a) For regular items, you can expect your order to arrive the very next working day. b) Our Christmas Collection items need a little extra love, so please allow 3 days (including the day you order) for processing. Please be advised that our cut-off time for next-day delivery is 1:00 PM. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered on the day after.
  2. Pickup Locations: Sorry, we don't offer pickup options at the moment. We're all about delivering convenience to your doorstep.
  3. Pre-order and Last Delivery Dates: You can start pre-ordering from Nov 2nd to Dec 21st, 2023. Just to give you an idea, if you place an order on Nov 2nd, it'll be at your door on Nov 5th. Our last delivery for this season will be on Dec 23rd, 2023.
  4. Christmas Eve/Day Delivery: Unfortunately, we won't be delivering on the 24th and 25th of December, as our team needs some well-deserved holiday cheer too!
  5. Delivery Fees: We keep it simple! Delivery comes at a flat rate of $15. But here's the icing on the cake, we are running a limited time offer and offering free delivery for orders above $80 (usually our free delivery is offered on orders above $150)!

  2. Weight Matters: Wondering about the weight of your order? We've got you covered. The weights we mention are approximate measurements before cooking. You might notice a slight shrinkage after it's done cooking, but that's perfectly normal.
  3. Sauces Included: If you're eyeing our Christmas Sets with Turkeys, they come with a generous 300ml of Cranberry sauce to elevate your feast. However, for our a la carte items, sauces are not included.
  4. Garnishes and Trimmings: Trimmings, garnishes, and the fancy tableware? Well, those are not included in the package. We focus on the star of the show—the food—and leave the rest to your creative touch.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Getting Started: Start by preheating your oven to a cozy 165 degrees. Then, let your chicken or turkey chill out at room temperature for about 30 minutes – they need a little relaxation time too!
  2. Setting the Stage: Find a roasting tray with a rack, and make sure the bird is placed with its breast side down. Now, here's a little secret: pour 1 cup of water into the tray – it's like a spa day for your poultry!
  3. Time to Roast: Pop your bird in the oven and cover it up with foil. For chicken, let it roast for 20-30 minutes, and for turkey, give it 30-40 minutes to work its magic.
  4. Extra Flair (Optional): If you're feeling fancy and want to add that extra touch of flavor, about 10 minutes before your chicken or turkey is ready to shine, remove the foil and give it a generous basting with some delicious butter. It's like giving it a golden, buttery hug!
