Raw Turkey


For a quick festive preparation over the busy period, we offered brined and lightly marinated raw turkey for your convenient upon request.

Thawing time in refrigeration:
3.6kg - 5.4kg : 1 to 3 day
5.4kg - 7.3kg: 3 to 4 day
*thawed turkey can remain in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days before cooking 

Cooking Suggestions:
We recommend roasting the turkey at 160C from start to finish. If the colour gets too brown, in particular for the larger turkeys, simply cover with aluminium foil. 

Cooking time: 
3.6kg - 4.5kg : approx. 2 hour
4.5kg - 5.4kg : approx. 2 1/4 hour
5.4kg - 6.3kg : approx. 2 1/2 hour

*All weight indicated are approximate measurement before thawed. All ready to eat item will be vacuum packed and chilled upon delivery ad collection due to food safety. Pictures are for visual representation of the products. All trimmings and garnishing are not included.
